Made to order, with care

MERRIFERN products are printed to order. Production time is separate from shipping time. Estimated delivery dates, available destinations and any shipping charge are shown at checkout before payment.

For our initial collection, standard US delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch. Production and personalization review add time before dispatch; weekends and holidays can extend processing. These are estimates, not guarantees. Please allow extra time during the holiday season. We cannot guarantee Christmas arrival.

When a listing states free US standard shipping, that shipping cost is included in the product price. Orders with different products or production partners may arrive in separate packages with separate tracking numbers.

Please check your shipping address and personalization carefully before ordering. Contact us promptly through our Contact page if you need a correction. Changes may not be possible once production has started.

If your package is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number so we can investigate and help. Do not send items back without contacting us first.
