Shopping with MERRIFERN

MERRIFERN offers original, made-to-order gifts and stationery. Product descriptions explain the materials, dimensions, selected options and personalization. Please read these details before placing an order. Display colors and mockup lighting can differ slightly from the finished print.

Orders and personalization

You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and checking the names, dates and other personalization you submit. Do not submit content that infringes another person’s rights or that you are not authorized to use. We may contact you if clarification is needed before production.

Products are subject to availability. If we cannot fulfill your order or discover a material pricing or description error, we will contact you to resolve it and offer a refund where appropriate. We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.

Prices, payment and delivery

The currency, product price, applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you pay. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Please read our Shipping Policy for processing and delivery information.

Changes, returns and help

Our Return and Refund Policy explains cancellations, personalized items and assistance with damaged or incorrect orders. Contact us through the Contact page with questions or concerns. Nothing in these terms removes any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Our Privacy Policy explains how customer information is handled. Our original artwork and store content may not be copied or resold without permission, except where permitted by law. These terms apply to purchases made through this Shopify store. Etsy purchases are also subject to Etsy’s platform rules and the policies displayed with the Etsy listing.
